Revive your favorite pair of Vivos with our complete Resole + Refresh service. Your Vivos will be resoled with outsoles with the same type of tread as the original (in either White, Black, Gum or Brown). This service includes a steam clean and sanitising with Micro-Fresh, which is made from natural ingredients and eliminates odour and 99% of all bacteria. Bumpers and uppers will also be thoroughly cleaned. Finally, loose stitching will be repaired, laces and insoles replaced, and eyelets/hooks replaced as needed. Add some more life to your Vivos and keep your feet moving wild and natural for that bit longer. Unfortunately, Kids footwear, as well as the styles listed below cannot be resoled.
Service only available in the UK and Germany.
There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER and all ULTRA models.

Select your Repairs service(s) and follow the steps in the payment process. Although you may purchase multiple Repairs services at the same time, footwear and care products must be purchased separately.
If you are in the UK:
You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) with a link to create a downloadable shipping label or QR code to post your footwear free of charge with Royal Mail. Click on the word "here" in step 2 of the e-mail "How to Send Us Your Vivos" to be directed to the Royal Mail portal.
If you are in Germany:
You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) within 1-2 business days from The British Boot Repair Company with a shipping (returns) label to post your footwear free of charge with PostNL. The e-mail will also include a link to find the closest PostNL drop-off point.
