ReFresh includes a Micro-Fresh and steam clean throughout, refurbishes bumpers and uppers and replaces any laces, stitching and/or eyelets/hooks as needed. ReFresh will add more wear to your favourite footwear, keeping your feet moving wild and natural for that bit longer.

There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER and all ULTRA models.
If you’re unsure if your Vivos can be repaired, or which repairs service to choose, please send photos of your Vivos to us at [email protected].
Select your type of Repair. You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) that will include a link for a downloadable shipping (returns) label and a QR code so you can post your footwear free of charge with Royal Mail. We will email you once your Vivobarefoot footwear has arrived at our repair shop and again before they are sent back. Please do read our FAQ’s for more details, or contact us via the link below.

In perfect "new" condition, these styles are not refurbished and are from previous collections, no longer available to purchase on our vivobarefoot site.
Our finest reconditioned footwear is ‘like new’, showing very few signs of wear and will be ready for a new pair of feet.
These will be in great condition, but will show some minor signs of wear and tear. Any repairs will be minor, and each pair will be beautifully reconditioned back to life.
These will be in good condition, but will proudly show their repairs and their new replacement soles as they are lovingly reconditioned to meet the demands of another pair of feet.
