A deep clean service designed for Vivobarefoot footwear. It includes a steam clean and sanitising with Micro-Fresh, which is made from natural ingredients, and eliminates odour and 99% of all bacteria. In addition, uppers and bumpers are thoroughly cleaned, laces replaced, and, if needed, eyelets/hooks are also replaced, and any loose stitching repaired. Our ReFresh service will add more wear to your favourite footwear, keeping your feet moving wild and natural for that bit longer.
Service only available in the UK.
There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: ABABA, ESC TEMPEST, STEALTH, RYDER and all ULTRA models.

Select your Repairs service(s) and follow the steps in the payment process. Although you may purchase multiple Repairs services at the same time, footwear and care products must be purchased separately.
If you are in the UK:
You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) with a link to create a downloadable shipping label or QR code to post your footwear free of charge with Royal Mail. Click on the word "here" in step 2 of the e-mail "How to Send Us Your Vivos" to be directed to the Royal Mail portal.
If you are in Germany:
You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) within 1-2 business days from The British Boot Repair Company with a shipping (returns) label to post your footwear free of charge with PostNL. The e-mail will also include a link to find the closest PostNL drop-off point.
