New customer Form

When placing an order through our portal, you will not be offered any payment terms. This is an upfront payment only service via either credit or debit card. Orders will only be processed once payment has been paid in full at the checkout.

In order for your shipment to be accepted, you basket must be a minimum of 5 units (UK and EU), 10 units (US).

You do not need to order just one style per order, you can make your request based on the styles and sizes which suit your customer, and top up those popular styles as you need to.

As we are unable to offer payment terms on these orders, your order will be capped at 100 units.

We try and process your order as soon as possible, but the further you are away from us, and the larger your order; the longer it will take to reach you.

All US & Canadian orders are dispatched from our US warehouse. UK orders from our UK warehouse, and European & international orders from our European Hub.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, when ordered before 2pm. After this, your order will not be picked until the next working day.

The portal runs from our Wholesale stock, this is separate to our ecommerce website stock.

If styles you would like to purchase are not showing, this is unfortunately because they are popular and have sold out. We can never guarantee what is available to order through the portal, once stock arrives, it tends to sell out very quickly so we suggest you buy early. Once it’s gone, its gone
